I've been CLI certified for a while, but other work has meant that I've just taught my first SA1 course. I found a number of problems with the instructor guide and courseware, but here's one of the worst:

The SA1 disc has North American and International folders (I'm working in the U.K.). Using the files from International worked OK at first, but when I went to set up the users' workstations from the NAB, the ID files had been certified for North American use. This meant re-registering all the users before I could start the class.

On a related point, I later had to copy and paste the Cert.ID's certified public key into the address book before I could get ADMINP running.

Anyone encountered these problems? Know if there's a new version of the courseware files?

Cheers,
Rupert
