SA ring button doesn't ring anymore

My lucent r7 system is doing something weird. external and internal ring calls used to ring to the number 1 button (SA ring I). Now they all ring on the 2nd button (SA Voice I). internal voice announce calls still work fine. and outgoing calls SA ring also work. Any help would be appreciated I think I broke it.

Is this just one phone? did the button get accidently deleted?

No this is happening on all phones, the button shows SysAcc Ring-I still programmed in.

Things to try:
1) Status the individual station and see if there are obvious errors
2) Print out one of the extensions and read the printout carefully
3) Check the system error logs
4) Restart the system

Thanks for the tips, I'malso planningtorestore an older configuration that works and compare two extensions carefully.

dromero...by default the system has all incoming calls ring in on button 2 (which is typically SA-Voice).
