hi
i'm on a new fedora 2 server, dedicated
i deinstalled SA 2.6? and am now on 3.0.3
from reading the installation/testing guides, i can test the sample-spam.txt msg from the command line and SA correctly id's it as spam.
but it doesn't do anything to my emails.
i'm using qmail.
not using sendmail.
unsure about procmail
i use Webmin
i really have no clue what to do. when i go to Procmail Server (in Webmin), it says:
Process include file /etc/mail/spamassassin/spamassassin-default.rc
Set variable DROPPRIVS to yes
Feed to progam /usr/bin/spamassassin Always execute action
Append to file $HOME/spam Match regexp ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
but then across the top of the screen, it also says:
The procmail actions below from /etc/procmailrc will apply to all email delivered to users on your system. However, they will only be used if procmail is installed and the Sendmail local_procmail feature is enabled.
... and i'm not using Sendmail, so I'm not sure if any of this stuff is in effect.
can anyone help me?
