SA buttons on DLC 1

Wo e have a customer with a Legend R-7 that uses a MerlinII console for the operator position, and when multiple calls come in at the same time she can't transfer or put the calls on hold. My question is does anyone know if I can add SA buttons to the MerlinII console.

Yes, you can have as many as 10, but 5 should be enough.

MAke sure you have an SA-OO button as well. This may help your transfer problem. It keeps an open "path" to get a call off the DLC.
