Hi,
I want to operate Raid 1 with my SA 221 (in a Proliant 1600). But if I start to install Windows 2000 Server on this machine (F6) the software ask for a third party driver (txtsetup.oem) on a disk, but on the compaq/hp side there is no such driver (support disk).
If I try to install without the driver the Installation stopped because the drives could not be formatted.
After this message I installed Windows with Raid 0 and tried to change to Raid 1 after the Installation. But this is also not possible.
How can I solve this Problem?

I have also a SA-2DH, do you think it is possible to work with this controller?

Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

Hi
You have to start installation from Smart start. It's prepare on hard drive small volume with tools, drivers, spacks, insight manager agents. ALL Installation goes thru Smart Start.

Mac
