s8720 media server and moh issues

first, how many external music sources will the s8720 accomodate and/or will it handle .wav or .mp3 files for on hold messaging? second, is it possible to assign moh sources by inbound trunk and not by station or tenant group? i have a customer with a massive call center taking calls for multiple clients with no assigned agents for each. i'm trying to assign client specific moh for inbound calls based on trunk or dnis.

Hi I work on a company with an S8700 with 10 different MOH sources, 8 for different "brands" and 2 with generic music.

As normally configured we defined each of the MOH sources on 10 different tenants and then we configure the VDNs used on each incoming line to the appropriate tenant based on the brand.

The agents are on a general music on hold in most cases and until know we haven't had any mayor problem, while the call is queued it will pick up the MOH source of the tenant assigned to the VDN therefore listening the correct brand music.

Regarding the sources we have different devices like CD Player, interalia xmu, other solid state device that forgot the brand atm, a pc playing mp3 and I even connected my ipod once to play around using a dynametric telephone transit patch.
