S8700 to S8700 H.323 Path Replacement

I'm configuring H.323 trunk between 2 Avaya S8700 PBXes. I want to be able to do path replacement, therefore I will need to have Q.931 Supplementary Services activated.
Can someone explain these fields in the the Signaling Group screen and what values should be considered. Are they required for DCS only?

Max Number of NCA TSC: 0
Max number of CA TSC: 0
