We just put in an S8700 and after about a month we are starting to get a lot of dropped Transferred calls. The caller will call our help desk and when the Help desk transfers them to where they need to be the call gets dropped. Also when the caller punches in the option the call will get dropped. This is an inconsistent problem.
How do I go about trying to look into this? Is this a S8700 problem or an Audix Problem? The S8700 has the latest version of software on it and so does the Audix.
