Hi

Does anybody know if it is possible to have the pbx change the UCID of a call when that call is transfered?

by definition, an ucid is an id of a call. when you transfer a call to someone else, it's still the same call. hence, the same ucid. why would you want to change it?

This is what i thought too.
If we could change it, it would make our customer's reporting requirments feasible.
