S8700 Agent Login Feature

Is there a way to force agents into a "auto-in" state when they first login? Where can I find info how to activate this? The agents are using Call Master IV's on a Definity s8700.

Maybe an autodial button with login and auto-in feature codes in the autodial. That would be the only way that I can think of.
