We have a customer who recently changed LECs. They now have a problem with external call forwarding:

If a station's DID is called directly, the call forwards successfully to the user's cell phone and the caller's cpname & cpnumber is sent.

If a call is transferred from an internal station to the user's station, the call will not go through. The LEC tells us it is because they are not being sent cid information.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks

I usually use remote coverage paths to do this. Helps cut down on the possibilities of toll fraud and i know where the call s going. It also cuts down on the calls i get.

"My phones not ringing at my desk" when someone calls me.

I place a second path on their coverage path and use SAC as the determining factor. No sac and the calls follow their normal routes. The user hit their SAC button and the calls go to the second path which is the coverage remote and to their cell phone.

Just a thought.

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?
