S8300D/G430/EM200 - Added 2nd EM200 and MM's showing as WRG/OOS MM - On site please assist!

i'm currently doing a job and have run into an issue. I installed a used Em200 and adding the MM makes them show up as WRG/OOS MM.. I have tried swaping the cards and still get the same alarm. This leads me to believe it is something with the EM200. It is a case where some other type of module could have been plugged in as we pulled this from another site and moved it here. It was working as far as I know when we pulled it. Any thoughts?

When I do a show faults or show modules it says its an insertion failure

Also its just initializing and never does anything else
