Ok-so I am brand new to the whole SIP trunking concept although I have connected a SIP Turret system from Speakerbus to my Lab system here in NYC.
I had no issues with the Speakerbus product and everything worked fine.

I am now trying to connect a SIP trunk to a 3rd party SIP provider who is offering us test trunks.

Said test trunks worked no problem inbound and outbound with an IP Office.

I have followed the application note for CM to Asterisk and I definitely have a connection-just no calls passing through.

The provider can see my call coming in,sending him an invite, and then the call dies.
He of course doesn't think it is his programming, although he refuses to program my domain info on his end.

I am attaching a trace to see if anyone out there has had a similar situatuion or knows how to read these traces better than I do.

On the CM end after a few seconds I get a 1191 "network failure" when I do a trace.
I have programmed my Codec to accept G.729AB,G.729 and G.711.
64.58.241.163 is his public IP.
I am calling from extension 2001.

Here is the SIP log-
