we recently loaded avaya aura on dl360s with 3 gateways all g430s and 1 s8300 but for some reason when I plug into services port on s83 I cant access s83,I am able to telnet from gateway to s83, has anyone expierence this.

simple questions first...
are you using a crossover cable from your laptop to the services port on the S8300?
is your laptop addressed for 192.11.13.5?
after connecting and giving it 30 seconds, can you ping the 192.11.13.6 ip addy of the S8300?
