Hi all-
I just got this server up and running yesterday and after loading the license I went to view the user status.
It was listed as Zero.Turns out the license was ordered erroneously.
The error had been corrected and now RFA tells me I have 57 user licenses.I downloaded v2 of the license and loaded it onto the SES server.
The WEBLM page still told me I had Zero users.
I rebooted the S8300 completely and the WEBLM page still tells me that I have no users.

Has anyone run into this?

Any ideas?

It should refelct the # of user license after an audit runs, which is every few minutes... Just installing the license and waiting for 10-15 minutes is usually enough....

If WebLM is hsowing no SIP user licenses, then you didn't get the correct material code on the SAP order, go back to whoever you bought them from, or whoever ran ASD, they have the wrong material code.

Thanks for the quick response Mitch.

It turns out that the web page doesn't show you anything until you create SIP users.
After the users are created the web page shows you how many users you have.

We have not been able to figure out or get an answer from Avaya as to where on the SES server are the number of available SIP users found.

It shows you the number of SIP licenses when you login to the WebLM page...
