I do have a more interesting issue that you engineers may be able to assist me with. I am looking for guidance to connect several Asian offices that have Avaya S8300s to my corporate Call Accounting System. We are using Phonex Web by Mind CTI attached to a Definity G3si. It strikes me that because the application is IP based and the S8300s are "IP Based" solutions there should be a data dump & send resolution to my scenario. Any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated.
