I do have a more interesting issue that you engineers may be able to assist me with. I am looking for guidance to connect several Asian offices that have Avaya S8300s to my corporate Call Accounting System. We are using Phonex Web by Mind CTI attached to a Definity G3si. It strikes me that because the application is IP based and the S8300s are "IP Based" solutions there should be a data dump & send resolution to my scenario. Any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated.
 
Assuming the s8300's are stand alone systems, the real key is Call Acct software. Most license per PBX connected. The 8300's will dump detail via IP but your call acct software will need to be able to support multiple PBX IP connections to it. They will be seperate databases per PBX. Sorry, don't know anything about phonex.
