Does anyone know whether or not there is some kind of outbound call detail reporting available on the S8000 series PBXs? Don't recall hearing that Avaya added anything like that but wanted to reach out and see if anyone knows or not...recently had a site that sent out a 911 call but nobody admitted calling that number, have another site that has the same thing occurring regularly and has been warned by the police dept that they will start charging for non-emergency calls if it keeps up...
