Does anyone know whether or not there is some kind of outbound call detail reporting available on the S8000 series PBXs? Don't recall hearing that Avaya added anything like that but wanted to reach out and see if anyone knows or not...recently had a site that sent out a 911 call but nobody admitted calling that number, have another site that has the same thing occurring regularly and has been warned by the police dept that they will start charging for non-emergency calls if it keeps up...

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
 
I had something very similar happen while employed at a previous employer.
It was because of a vector. Took me a while to track it down. The business partner didn't lock down the COR on the vector which gave anyone that was in the vector, hearing the announcements, the ablility to press 9 and get an outside line. I locked that down and was regarded as a hero by management.

'Knows enough to be dangerous. Wait... make that really dangerous.'
