I have 2420 phones that were original tti'd into the system and received the default labels on the call appearance buttons(e.g., 8568). I have now separated the phones from the original extensions and applied new extensions to the phones via tti (e.g., 8568 has become extension 7562). However, the old call appearance label of 8568 still persists. I used the "Label, Restore, Erase, Erase" key sequence in order to restore the phones defaults but cannot get rid of the original tti'd call appearance labels 8568). The only way I can change the labels is thru the "Edit" mode. Is there something I'm missing here? According to the 2420 user's documentation: "You can delete the custom labels you created for the call appearance/feature buttons and restore the default labels from the call processing system." This isn't working. What am I doing incorrectly?

Chalk it up to a late night. The phones are working this morning. If there is any known issues with this let me know, otherwise this thread is closed.
