We are having issues with our S8100's.... all of the 4 systems that we have in the US and Australia are experiencing the same issue. The symptoms are as follows:
* telephone calls can be made and received
* voice mail is down
* we cannot access via IP or through internet explorer
* Avaya is unable to access remotely
* we CAN ping the IP address successfully.
In each case Avaya has dispatched a tech to site to reboot the entire system and it corrects for about 1 to 2 hours. Then the issue presents itself again.
Has anyone experienced this same issue? And if so, what was the resolve?
