Does anyone know the exact model # - HP Proliant rack server - that the S3500 Mod MSG MSS-H (High Availability) server is built on.

I think it is a HP DL385 but can't determine what exact model #.

I need to know what SCSI hard drives were used in the MSS-H as I have one that is having Raid Array issues and will be replacing them - but can't shut it down to pull one to see the model #. It is a 73gb drive - but would like to know exact model #.

Also what model or part # for the SCSI Raid controller for it.

Finally - the model # for the DVD-RAM drive - Panasonic I think

You can pull it out with the power on. That is why it is a MSS-H

But why not just order one from Avaya or a BP. That is really the best way to do it.

We are BPs - but National Parts only has comcodes available and no specific model #s for parts. DOn't want to buy the parts thru Avaya as we are HP dealers also.

Just looking for model #s for these parts.
