Hi everybody

I have a SnapServer 4200 with GuardianOS V4.1.061
When i try to start Server-to-server Synchronization (S2S)Manager, i get this error :
"Unable to start tne S2S Configuraation service
server error:FrameworkException : can not execute
Operation :start console for S2S configuration
Service :net.diasoft.frp.config.exceptions.ConfigException :please start the helper first"

What's wrong ?

(S2S is licensed)

There is an app called the helper app and it is not starting. Have you called into Tech Support? They can help you get S2S running. Might have a corrupted file preventing S2S from starting. You will have much better luck using SnapEDR.
