S100 Instant Internet - I need to allow Terminal Services

I have a customer that just installed what he called a Nortel Bay Stack Instant Internet S100 device.

I need to be able to access his W2K server from my remote location.

Can anyone tell me what I need to setup in this new firewall so I can give them support again?
