S0 8 Module

We have a few strange problems with hardware connected to our S0 8 Module. IP Office ver 3.0(40) SO ver 5.0(35)
Incoming internal calls to SO do not give call progress although the call can be answered without a problem.

Also does the SO module support DDI? I want to pass DDI information over to an ISDN card in our voice over ip server but so far can only get this working if I set the ISDN card as point to multipoint and use one MSN. Setting it to PTP with DDI and the IP office does not route the call at all.

The call progress problem only appeared since upgrading sofrware versions..

I have been using an IPO with SO to send simiulated DDI calls into another IPO without problems.

With the IPO progammed as normal tweek the settings of your ISDN card untill it works

I have tried changing the setting on the Eicon Diva 4PRI card to no avail. If DID is off on the card, calls connect. If I set DID on and the DID number length to anything greater than 0 (i want to use 3) the call does not connect al all. The ISDN trace on the Eicon card shows the call coming in then error 'invalid number format'. The switch type is set to ETSI Euro-ISDN.
