1. What is a good, X11 based CD Player for Linux?<br>

I found XMMS, however as far as I can tell it is for MP3's only.
 
IMHO, it depends what you want, and what WM you run. eg, I like the WindowMaker dockable CD player - small, functional, and unobtrusive.<br>

Then again, I also use the bog standard xplay, so what do I know? ;^)
