I've got a customer plagued by the call park bug in 6.1, and have received the MR that is supposed to correct this.
I understand all I have to replace is the cartridge, but just wanted to verify exactly how to do it (I've done one previous, but it's been quite a while
)
It is just a matter of powering down, swapping the card, powering back up, correct?
Can't have an outage for this particular customer.
