Lots of people do use it but I haven't seen it deployed in any large organisations. That might just be the ones I've seen and it might well be widely deployed but given the low number of support questions on it it's either dead easy and never goes haywire or alternatively it's not widely deployed.
As for where, wny of the vendors will do you certificates.
