i've got a proliant 3000R with a 3200 smart array...i just installed 3 new 36.4 gb disks...now the lcd panel on the server is report this error "1720-S.M.A.R.T. hard drive detects imminent failure"

what's up
 
Your server thinks that one of your hard rives is about to fail. As there brand new get the faulty one swapped for a new one.
 
Hi,

Install Insight Manager on one of your PCs. Insight will identify the slot and SCSI ID for you.
