S-Bus Videoconferencing

I am trying to set this up with not much joy.

My bri node link descriptor is set to A end NT.

6 channels programmed into 1 trunk group, ars digits of did go to route using this trunk group, do ccs trace and see my mobile number come in and go to did digits but get no answer from VC equipment, and cannot dial out.

what system? what type of vc is connecting to the system?

A 3300 cx, i beleive it is polycom dont know what model.

what is your TEI set to, manual or automatic? play around with this setting. are you getting green led's on your bri card? if not check layer 1, cabling.
