RVA with MGU

MX-One 4.0 with MGU in Lite, when getting to the restart phase of the RVA configuration method I get a time out, any ideas?

MDSH> new_voice_prompt /myRVA/message001.wav

/eri_egx_root/nfs_root/rva/new/message001.wav Success!

Please note that in order to activate the new prompts,
AUXVS must be restarted with the command:
media_gateway_start -mgw 1a -restart -function AUXVS

MDSH> media_gateway_start -mgw 1a -restart -function AUXVS
Are you sure? (Y/N): y;
timeout
MDSH> media_gateway_start -mgw 1a -restart -function AUXVS -name all
Are you sure? (Y/N): y;
