RV082 Router VPN Connections

I have two RV082 routers with a VPN connection. The connection drops periodically and stays down for 5-20 minutes. There are several posts about these routers on the forum with some different solutions, but I am looking for the best solution. Does anyone have these routers with VPN connections that stay up? If so, what settings are you using? Currently, I have the following:

IKE with preshared key
Phase 1:
DH Group 1
Encryption DES
Authentication SHA1
Phase 2:
DH Group 1
Encryption DES
Authentication MD5

Dead peer detection: ON

I had a similar problem. VPN worked one way, but not the other. Upgrading the RV082 firmware to the latest version solved that problem for me.

Now, if I could get the pc-to-router vpn working...
