RV082 multiple vlan and VPN's

Hi, we have this config :

Site 1
Data LAN 10.3.1.0
Voice LAN 172.3.1.0

Site 2
Data LAN 10.5.1.0
Voice LAN 172.5.1.0

We need to interconnect thru a VPN those two networks (10 an 172).

Is the routeur able to built one VPN for the 2 network ?
Which alternative solution could we imagine ? (like interconnect vlan...)
