ruuning SSIS containing a FTP task from an agent fails...

Can someone tell me how to make this work? I hv an SSIS package that has a FTP task to send files out. The ID and pwd for FTP was supplied by the client. The package runs successfully from BIDs but fails from agent giving "Unable to connect to FTP ask manager' error. I am using the config file. would appreciate a speedy respnse. Thanks.
