Runtime Mode 1

I've searched around and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know if you can verify whether an MDE was opened in "/runtime" mode or not?

I have users on a windows 2003 terminal server which starts the application with a shortcut with the runtime switch. I would like to make sure they don't try to run it without the switch.
