Runtime Errors, where do I find help

I am pretty good at trouble shooting them at my end for some software I am involved in. But some are a tiny bit more difficult for me to fully understanr.

Where would the best place, on here, to post a request every once in a while regarding run time errors?

or can some one give me help here?

The one I want to know is Run Time Error 75

I think I know what it is, but am not fully sure.....
