Runtime Error!

When I try to open my photo folder in my documents I receive Runtime Error!
Program: C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE
This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusal way. Please Contact the application support team for more information. Does anyone have a clue how to take care of this issue? If not, how do I contact the application support team?

Sounds like you have a corrupt program file or something.

Here is what I would try:

1) Zap the PPC. (Ie. Remove the batteries and reset it to factory defaults).

2) If that does not work then you will need to contact the manufacturer of the ppc and see about getting a rom update.
