runtime error

Trying to instal Groupshield 5 for Exhange 5.5.

Everytime installation starts I received a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error.

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\WINNT\System32\MSIEXEC.exe

abnormal program termination

I've tried reinstalling msiexec.exe using the instmsi.exe program but still receive same error. msiexec.exe is version 1.1

Anybody any ideas???

What's the SP of Exchange? What OS?

AVChap ... take my advice, I don't use it anyway!

SP for Exchange is 3 with the post SP3 updates on, OS is NT4 with SP6 on.
