Runtime Error when closing company or closing Accpac application

I've been encountering this error when closing accpac:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime error!

Program: W:\Sage Accpac\Runtime\accpac.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more info.

Please help. Appreciate it much!

Hi tuba2007:

Accpac 500 ERP on Windows Server 2003
XP Clients

We've been maintaining it for 11 months and it was working fine until last week when this annoying error comes bothering me. I've tried reinstalling it on the client but it didn't work. According to sagesoft's tech, I must reinstall the service manager. But they hadn't given me the procedures?

Any alternatives for this?

By the way, we're using McAfee EPO client-server antivirus.

Yes, reinstall the system manager plus the latest service packs. It's either on a CD, a DVD or a folder on your network.
