Sounds like a script error. I will assume you're getting this in IE.
In IE, go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and put a check in the box that says "Disable script debugging". Nate Gagne

When you get a runtime error and it offers to let you debug, I believe it also gives you the option to click on Details. If you do that, it'll list the error and what the offending file(s) was. It would also be helpful to know which runtime error you are getting. From what I understand, they usually list it as "A Runtime Error x has occured." where x could litteraly equal anything. there is even a virus that causes runtime error #216 messages.
