Runtime Error at 203???

I get the following error on my Windows 2000 Dell Latitude laptop:

"Runtime error at 203 at 00051B61" and "Runtime error at 203 at 000466BD". Has anyone seen this error before?

If from while in IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and disable the use of Third-Party Browser extensions.

If the issue does not repeat, scan your system with Adaware and SpyBot 1.2:
