Runtime Error after cleaning spyware

I´m scanning my computer with Adaware 6 anti sypware software. It finds 69 objects to clean.

After cleaning those objects, many other programs stay unable to run.

Programs can´t open and a message of fatal error appears.
The message:

Title: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Message (attempting to run Iexplore.exe):

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTERNET EXPLORER\IEXPLORE.EXE


This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in a unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.




If I restore the "qurantine list", everything function normally again.
Any clue to solve this?

Quarantine systematically until you find the culprit. Quarantine a few objects at a time.
