runtime error - A4WCONTAINERXP.EXE

hello

Was trying to run the Payroll Tax Calculation Analysis Report in Sage ACCPAC ERP (5.5A). When I click print, I had an error:

"Runtime Error! Program: [..] ACCPAC\Runtime\A4WCONTAINERXP.EXE[..]This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Do you know what may be wrong?

The latest tax update we installed and activated is 5.5I...

Start by reinstalling UP, the latest service pack (PU3), and the tax update.

This is something I just found out, error seems to happen only for a certain client machine...on the server, and on a couple other client machines, the report pulls up fine.....

Hopefully, you're not using local program installs, that's always a bad idea.

Also, try deleting ..\User\company_P.ISM for that user.

That sounds like the tax update is missing from a local install.
