runtime error 50003

I've always fixed it installing or reinstalling MS Access 97, it seems when I do an update on my vb5 exe sometimes it does this error when I'm openging the database.
Only thing I can figure out is that it my development machine changed from my taget machine. If someone has more specific information that would be very helpful.
