Runtime Error 2099

We have a customer that is running Crystal 5, and they get a Runtime error 2099 every night when their reports get run. The report is automatically emailing.
I have not been able to find the error listing. Does anyone know what causes a 2099? (Could possibly be 20999, they've given us both).

Vitek: Error code 20999 would suggest that your application is using the Automation Server and is equivalent to a "NOT IMPLEMENTED" error event although what it is that is not implemented may need further investigation David C. Monks
