Runtime error 13 when running LL configurator

anybody has run into this problem before?
it says 'type mismatch' cannot search the active directory

To correct this error (found from the internet)
Make sure the data types match when performing comparisons.
Cast one of the values to the data type of the other, and try the comparison again.
==========================================================
- How to run this test? Please, I need an advise from the experts out there.

it is soved when I used the solution found on the net.

"Type mismatch" means that you do not have the English (United States) setting in your Regional Settings.
Change Regional Settings to English (United States) under My Computer / Control Panel / Regional Settings
