Where would I get a runtime engine for viewing Crystal Reports on someones PC, without having Crystal 8 loaded? Is this possible, just don't know where to download this runtime engine.

Go to the downloads page on Crystal's website. There is a report Compile tool that should give you what you want... (I use it quite often)
