I have my users open a Access 2000 database and they all have the runtime version installed on their computer, none have full Access. I dont go through the packaging wizard because they have me change the database at least twice a week, and this way seems to work just as well. I recently added a custom toolbar for filtering and sorting. On one machine the toolbar is not showing up. I have tried everything and looked for help everywhere but could not find a way for the toolbar to appear. We have a mix of XP and ME machines and I can get it to work on both OSes, just not for this one machine. Any Ideas about what could be causing this. The machine is Windows Me with access 2000 runtime installed. Thanks.

I had a situation today that might help. We have people that use a database that is in 97 runtime. One had a custom toolbar that I had created disappear. I was able to recreate what happened; They dragged the toolbar on top of the form and instead of dragging it back they closed it. By the way only this form was effected.

On your machine open the effected form/report. Look at the properties of that form/report and see if on the "Other" tab if your custom toolbar is listed. Mine wasn't there. After we installed the program on their computer and opened the particular form it was hanging on top of the form and it had to be dragged into place.
