Runtime 20998

We have a web based system to run our Crystal Reports from. If I'm correct the original developer of our intranet used the version 7 OCX to run our reports from. We are now using Crystal 8.5 but I'm getting loads of problems with running reports from the intranet like for instance the Runtime 20998 error when users try and open the report. I've saved the file as a version 7 report, but I'm still getting the same report. Any help and advise is welcome.

I have the same problem my client gets the run time error 20998 when trying to view or print a report. But the report works fine on development machine....did you solve your problem? can you give me some pointers?
