Runtime 11

This location on the Corel FTP site ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/Paradox/Paradox11/ contains a 'Paradox 11 Runtime'. Does anyone have any ideas what this is and its status given that the version in WP Office 11 is version 10?

It seems to be the Runtime appropriate for the "latest" version of Paradox, e.g. the one that ships with WPO 2003/Pro.

When WPO 2003 was first released, Corel had updated the Paradox release number to v11, however, changed their minds when pressed about what was truly new in the release. (Which was, according to rumor, not much.)

Mind you, this is based on half-heard rumors from several months ago. I'm not sure if they're completely correct or not.
