Running wsswiz on Sharepoint 2007

I'm trying to run wsswiz for ms project server 2003 on a server running sharepoint server 2007 but it does not work. It tells me that I need to:
First use Sharepoint Central Administration pages to extend or upgrade a virtula server with Windows Sharepoint Services and Windows Content Management Server.
