Can I run WebLogic server v7 SP2 on port 80/443 without the process being run as root?

I can probably accomplish the same thing from the network side (eliminating Port #s from the URL) but just looking at options.

Thanks

As far as I know Unix systems usually do not allow you to open any port under 1024 if you are not root.

When you are saying you 'can accomplish the same thing by eliminating port #s from the URLs' you have to keep in mind that the default port for http is 80 and 443 for https.
So if you omit the port numbers that's exactly the ports that will be addressed by you browser.
